Thursday 31st March 9am-12 Noon	100th Opening of Coffee Pot “COFFEE POT” is a drop-in Community Café that is run at St Luke’s Church Hall in Cliff Lane Ipswich. It’s run by volunteers from the Church, and is open every Thursday morning between 9am and 12 noon. “Coffee Pot” has been running for two years and this week celebrates it’s 100th opening. Many people come every week to meet together, have a chat, make new friends and have a coffee, tea or cappuccino and some home-baked cakes. The idea for Coffee Pot came when members from the Church were looking at ways to serve the community in the week. Whilst a thriving toddler group “Grapevine” meets on Wednesday, this new project gave opportunities for local people to meet together during the week. Please do drop in – you’ll be very welcome.
